Friday night was one of those nights. After a 14 hour workday drafting contracts and agreements (fucking boring), I went out to meet my law school friends.
There aren't many people in my life where conversation can jump comfortably from Kobe's place in the Top 10 Players of All Time, John Stuart Mill, Pamela's Anderson's impact, moral relativism, to the best I've ever had. These are the moments when I feel like I didn't waste 3 years going to law school.
Also got a call from her at 2 am, but it wasn't her. I never put too much stock in consolation prizes.
There are too many moments in the day when I'm wondering how's she doing. Like Pac said, "I'm a sucka for love."
